		<description>Great tips.  I am starting my calendar.  I keep a jornal right by my scale and write my weight daily, it is nice to look back it is how I lost 70lbs.  I am stuck so I started to report my weight weekly to my sister for a 1lb weekly challenge.  $20 a week if you don&#039;t loose wt, $20 for every pound you gain.  It keeps me accountable because I don&#039;t want to loose the wt challenge to her!  $500 for the peson who looses 50lbs first!  So far I am ahead although not making great progress.  I still am challenge with losing wt with clean eating and as soon as I deviate it starts coming back on, obviously I am not losing fat vs. something else.  I need to eat consistently.  The Halloween candy is always a challenged at the office.  I changed my path around the bowl just to avoid the candy area.  Out of sight, out of mind.  Also eating &quot;satisfying&quot; small meals to stay on track.  I packed an apple today to satisfy my sweet &quot;craving&quot;. Is that apple going to support me or be counterproductive with my chicken and broccoli for lunch?</description>

		<description>Had a lot of set backs this season and I am having rotatorcuff surgery this coming Friday.I am definitely out of the competions until Spring. But in spite of it all I am trying to stay accountable. Don&#039;t usually have a lot of time in the morning, but sat down and watched your video on accountability. I loved it! I believe everything you say and try to practice it. But hearing it again only makes it more &quot;real&quot; to me.
